FOLKLIFE Magazine - Volume #12

During my stay at Nimmo Bay Resort, I had the pleasure of meeting moccasin artist Jamie Gentry. We spent a few hours together—she beaded, I wandered admiring her exquisite work. I had the joy of photographing her during that time.

After my stay, I connected Jamie with FOLKLIFE magazine, where she later wrote a beautiful piece featured in their Death Volume (#12). I’m deeply honoured that my photographs accompany her heartfelt story.
