It feels like my soul purpose in this life is to support women who want to deepen their relationship with their Feminine and come home to their earthy bodies. Through my offerings, I facilitate connection to self, others and the ceremony of life so women can truly get into their bodies and discover a truth that empowers them towards a more aligned and authentic expression of who they truly are.

Private sessions are for those seeking one-on-one support in embracing great states of depth with self, health, connection to emotions and the body, and presence. I support women one-on-one through:

I have deep reverence for spaces that empower women to connect to their Feminine. With years of ceremonial experience, I truly believe in creating containers for women to be seen, breathe, relax, move, be held, connect to their inner wisdom and truth, and feel empowered towards a more aligned and authentic expression of who they truly are.

Tea Ceremony
Cha Dao "The Way of Tea" is a Zen Buddhist practice from Chinese lineage. Tea is a compassionate, humble teacher, known as the "Great Connector". Held intentionally in Ceremony, Tea invites us to turn inward and listen - listen to our inner wisdom and the truth in our hearts. Tea does not force but rather meets us exactly where we are and holds us as we return Home to our body, mind and spirit.

Photography
I have a deep passion for capturing people's medicine - the magical light they shine out onto the world. Through my photography, I love honouring the ceremony of life, whether that means showing up for you, your empowerment, creative expression or passion, or whether thats showing up to capture the love in your relationships.
My primary medium is film photography because of the intention it asks, the way it asks you to slow and notice light, the way you must breathe with yourself when being photographed. My feminine is alive when I photograph and I love sharing this passion with others.

I live and practice on the land where the Bow and Elbow Rivers meet. I acknolwedge the traditional territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of Treaty 7 which includes the Siksika, the Piikani, the Kainai, the Tsuut'ina, the Stoney Nakoda, and Métis Nation 3. I acknowledge the people that cared for this land.
My practice is an all-inclusive practice. I honour and support the identities and healing of all.
